Emails: All order confirmation emails will be sent from orders@starrproductions.biz and our company name will be listed as Starr Productions. Phone Calls: We will only call you if we have a problem with your order and receive no reply via email or in some cases to validate suspicious account activity. In the case that a customer service rep has to call you they will only discuss contents of an order with the individual who placed the order. DISCREET BILLING: All transactions are 100% secure using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). When you enter your credit card information, you will notice the web address starts with 'https' where the 's' indicates a secure page along with the picture of a yellow lock or key at the bottom of your browser, which shows you the consumer that our SSL Certificate is up to date. Any charge on your credit card statement will read "Starr Productions." No title or movie names of adult product will be listed! DISCREET, FAST SHIPPING: Packaging: We ship all packages in plain boxes or envelopes. The shipping label on all of our packages reads "Starr Productions." All orders are sent within 1-10 business days. Usually we get orders out quickly, but your order can take as long as 14 business days to arrive assuming the product you ordered is in stock. Most orders are sent via standard priority mail with delivery confirmation, which costs $4.35 plus $3.60 for handling for a total of $7.95. All rush orders received by 1pm Monday thru Friday are processed the same day. No weekend or holiday processing. Starr Productions does not guarantee USPS, UPS or FEDEX delivery time. Starr Productions reserves the right to hold any order until your check clears. Starr Productions will charge a $20 fee for any returned checks. ORDER AGREEMENT By ordering on this website, you declare that you are an adult, 18 years of age or older, and you desire to receive sexually oriented material for your own personal use. You understand that you are purchasing material that is of a sexually oriented nature and that you are lawfully entitled to receive these materials. Furthermore, you fully authorize Starr Productions to send me the requested materials to the address requested. Additionally, you believe and are sure that such material does not offend the standards of the community in which you live. You have not requested the U.S. Postal Service or anyone else to "protect" you against receipt of sexually oriented material. You are not an agent or employee of the U.S. Postal Service or any other government agency ordering or requesting any materials from Starr Productions for any purpose other than your own personal use. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY If the merchandise was shipped defective or in error, we will gladly give you a refund, exchange or post credit to your account. Please include all tags, copy of your invoice, and a note telling us what the problem is with the merchandise. We do NOT provide exchanges for movies you do not like or no longer want. You will need to pay the return postage. However, we will refund the postage you paid after we process your return. We're here to please you, but note that we will not accept any product returns that have been altered in anyway. WARNING TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Sometimes customs officials in certain countries (particularly English-speaking countries) break open packages and confiscate (or destroy) materials they do not approve of. Starr Productions ships packages in generic packaging and makes every effort to avoid this inconvenience. The package appears as a gift and not a commercial mail-order item. Please be aware that you are ordering these items at your own risk and that there is no recourse for the mail-order customer who is the victim of this action. Starr Productions is not obligated to replace or refund orders that are lost as a result of customs interference. PAYSITE MEMBER TERMS Password trading is forbidden and grounds for immediate cancellation of your account without a refund. And your Username or IP address will be permanently blocked due to excessive usage. Possible reasons for this are: Your username has been used by too many IP addresses. Your IP address has been blocked due to excessive failed logins. Your total downloads have exceeded the daily threshold for this site. If you believe you have been blocked in error, contact us immediately.
